1. Services Provided
Solur Design offers CAD design services on a subscription basis, providing sheet metal and 3D component design with flexible, on-demand access. Our services are subject to availability and may evolve over time.
2. Subscription & Payments
- Our services are available on a monthly subscription basis with no long-term contracts.
- Payments are processed securely via a third-party payment provider.
- You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime, but no refunds are provided for unused time in a billing cycle.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.
3. Design Ownership & Licensing
- All designs created for you are 100% owned by you once payment is received.
- Solur Design does not claim rights to your designs, but we reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your design requests do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Turnaround & Revisions
- We aim for a 2-business-day average turnaround time per request, but complex projects may take longer.
- Revisions are included in your subscription, but excessive revisions may require additional time.
- We prioritize clear communication to deliver designs that meet your expectations efficiently.
5. Usage Restrictions
By using our services, you agree that you will not:
- Use our designs for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes.
- Share, sell, or redistribute our work as templates or stock assets.
- Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior towards Solur Design or its team.
6. No Guarantees or Liability
- While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our designs will be error-free or fit for every intended purpose.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating all CAD files before production.
7. Pausing & Canceling Your Subscription
- You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.
- Once canceled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No refunds or prorated refunds are issued upon cancellation.
8. Confidentiality
- We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any designs or project details submitted to us are treated as confidential and will not be shared outside Solur Design.
- If additional NDA agreements are required, we are happy to accommodate them.
9. Termination of Services
Solur Design reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if a user:
- Violates these Terms.
- Engages in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
- Attempts to exploit our service model in a manner inconsistent with intended use.
10. Changes to Terms
Solur Design may update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
